Everyone wants a great looking lawn but few really have the time or the money to do all the little things it takes to really have a fully manicured lawn. But there are things you can do with the time you do have that if you had some tips you could make your lawn way better than it is now.

Be careful when performing snow removal on your driveways and walkways so you don't leave big gashes in your lawn. Also, just after the snow melts, if you used a salt or chemical, be sure and rinse the areas with water so as to wash the chemicals off your lawn.

Also, winter is the best time (in the northern hemisphere) to replant your rose bushes or that small tree you wish to move. Moving them when they are dormant is the best because they have either shut down or slowed down their metabolism for the season. I'd suggest late January or February to do this. But keep in mind that lawn aeration time is coming up about then also. So you might want to get that tree or bush moved before then.

One lawn tip you might be interested in is an ebook on how to build your own automatic lawn sprinkler system. Another helpful hint which is actually a video series on exactly how to create your own lush green lawn with only 2 hours work a week.

Heck, there is even a step-by-step multimedia guide to turning your yard into a regulation-like 18-hole golf course and throwing the party of the season for your friends, family and maybe even some of your clients.
